LGU Office of the Mayor
System Description
A comprehensive platform that manages the full lifecycle of resident information, from profiling and household records to service delivery and program monitoring. It features a centralized dashboard, population management, and modules for offices such as MSWDO, MENRO, MAO, PESO, and MDRRMO enabling the creation, tracking, and management of resident benefits and services.
Core Modules
Residents
The Residents module manages all basic information of individuals, including personal details, address, and residency status. It serves as the main record for each person in the system.
Population and Household
The Population & Household module groups residents into families or households. It shows relationships between members and the overall household structure for better monitoring and reporting.

The MSWDO module is used to track social welfare programs, including benefits, assistance, and registries of vulnerable sectors such as senior citizens and persons with disabilities (PWDs).
PESO (Public Employment Service Office)
The PESO module monitors employment-related programs such as TUPAD, SPES, and other livelihood or job assistance initiatives for residents.
MENRO (Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office)
The MENRO module tracks residents’ participation in environmental programs, such as tree-planting and initiatives like the National Greening Program.
MAO (Municipal Agriculture Office)
The MAO module records agricultural support provided to residents, including distribution of land parcels, farming assistance, and related programs for farmers.
MDRRMO (Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office)
The MDRRMO module is used to track financial aid, relief distribution, and other forms of assistance provided to residents during disasters and emergencies.
