Core Modules
Property
The Property module stores all details related to properties, including ownership, assessment, and records of land and buildings.
Register Property
The Register Property function is used to add a new property record, including owner information and assessment details.
Subdivide Property
The Subdivide Property function is used when a property is divided into smaller lots, each with its own updated records and details.
Transfer Property
The Transfer Property function updates the ownership of a property when it is sold, donated, inherited, or assigned to a new owner.
Consolidate Property
The Consolidate Property function combines multiple properties into a single record, usually when parcels are merged under one ownership.
Generate Reports / Print-outs
This function is used to generate official documents such as Tax Declarations and Field Appraisal and Assessment Sheets (FAAS).
