System Description
A specialized Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system with fully integrated YAKAP program. By synchronizing assessment, laboratory, dental procedures and inventory management with automated PhilHealth e-Claims, the system maximizes reimbursement accuracy. This "PhilHealth-ready" system seamlessly streamlines the entire patient journey.
Core Modules
Dashboard
An overview showing total patients, pending labs, and prescriptions via summary cards. It uses graphs to track clinical activity, financial summaries, and inventory alerts to monitor the clinic at a glance.
Patients
Used for patient registration and Empanelment, which activates the patient's benefits and sets their Annual Credit ₱20,000 (Medicines) for the year and ₱1,700 (Assessments, Laboratory Orders and Dental Procedures).
Assessments
Where doctors record check-ups and medical history. Each visit is linked to an official ICD Code, and the consultation fee is deducted from the patient's balance.
Laboratory
Physicians order tests from a digital checklist and print secure request forms. Lab technicians upload results to complete the order and trigger the fee deduction.
Dental
Features a visual Dental Chart for dentists to track the status of individual teeth and record specialized treatments within the patient’s medical history.
Prescriptions
Doctors create digital medicine orders. The system follows a "print-first" workflow, requiring a printed security code before the medicine can be issued.
Disbursement
The step where medicine is given to the patient. The system calculates the cost and automatically subtracts it from the patient’s benefit balance.
Inventory
Tracks medicine stock by batch. It uses FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) logic to ensure medicines expiring soonest are used first to prevent waste and alerts low stock levels of medicine.
Billing and SOA
The clinic’s ledger that tracks every deduction of medicines against the Annual Credit of ₱20,000 and ₱1,700 for assessments, laboratory fees and dental procedures. Statement of Accounts (SOA) is used for requesting Philhealth Claims (Reimbursement) by the hospital/clinic.
Philhealth Claims
The digital bridge to PhilHealth. This module automates the generation of Statement of Accounts to ensure the clinic is reimbursed for services provided.
Reports
Generates official summaries. It pulls data from both clinical and pharmacy activities to create PDF, CSV, or Excel reports for the clinic/hospital.
