System Description

A unified digital platform that provides end-to-end digitization of business permit applications, renewals, and assessments. Streamlines inspections across offices and provides a unified taxpayer portal with online payment integration, significantly reduces processing times.


Core Modules

  • Dashboard

    High-level summary of system activity provides a quick, real-time snapshot of application progress and activity, helping users easily monitor trends, track statuses, and stay updated on recent transactions.

  • Business Permit Application

    The actual module for applying for a business permit. There are 2 types of business permit applications; Walk-in (Processed by BPLO Staff) and Online(Processed by Applicant).

  • Application

    Complete list of all permit applications across all businesses and applicants, searchable and filterable.

  • Permits

    Registry of all issued business permits, with status (active, expired, revoked).

  • Payments

    Full payment ledger; OR numbers, amounts, methods, dates, and validation status. Online payment is integrated within the system.

  • Businesses

    Master list of all registered businesses in the system.

  • Reports

    Generates summary and analytical reports collections, renewals, compliance, and other metrics for LGU reporting needs.

  • Tax Mapping

    View and monitor registered businesses on an interactive map along with their corresponding permit status, helping the office easily identify compliant, expired, or unregistered establishments within specific areas.

  • GIS

    Provides a geographic overview of businesses through an interactive map that displays lot boundaries, business permit status, and property details, helping users easily visualize business locations and monitor compliance within specific areas.
